1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production At vansofvw, we take pride in our craft. Orders for the European Union and the Rest of the World are personally printed and handled by us in our studio in Slovakia. For customers in the USA, we utilize a local print-on-demand partner.

  • Production: Each product is uniquely made for you as soon as you place an order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping: Once produced, your order is handed over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Orders: No customs duties or import taxes apply as we ship from within the European Union (Slovakia).

  • Non-EU Orders (including United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, etc.): You are the importer of record. You are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, or local handling fees charged by your country’s authorities upon delivery. We do not collect UK VAT at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at vansofvw@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified claims.


2. Return & Refund Policy

1. Right to Return (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return standard items (non-personalized) within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Items that have been custom-personalized at your request (e.g., adding a specific name, license plate number, or custom text) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If there is a mistake on our end (print error, defective garment, or wrong item), we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • EU & Rest of World: Contact us at vansofvw@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • USA Orders (Print-on-Demand): Please contact us first. For POD orders, defective items are typically handled by our partner's return facility in the USA. Do not mail items back without contacting us for the correct return address.

4. How to Start a Return Email us at vansofvw@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line. Once authorized, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address (Slovakia for standard orders, or our partner's warehouse for USA POD orders).


3. Privacy Policy

  • Service Providers: We share your data with Shopify (platform), shipping carriers (to deliver your goods), and our US-based print partner (only for orders fulfilled within the USA).

  • International Transfers: For USA-based orders, your shipping information is transferred to our partner in the United States to facilitate local production and delivery.
